To register for My Radius Housing, you will need:

  • Your Tenancy Reference Number
    You can find this on a recent Rent letter.
    Alternatively, contact our service team on 0330 123 0888.
  • A valid email address
    A confirmation email will be sent to this address to complete your registration.
  • A mobile phone
    2-Step verification prevents unauthorised access to your account.
