The Tenant Portal will allow you to manage essential services quickly and easily, without needing to pick up the phone or wait for office hours.

Through the portal, you will be able to:

Report a Repair
Log new repairs, check the status of existing jobs, and view your repair history instantly.

Manage Your Money
Check your rent balance and view your transaction history.

Update Your Details
Easily update your contact information (phone number, email address) to ensure we can always reach you.

Your Tenancy Reference Number
You can find this on a recent Rent letter.
Alternatively, contact our service team on 0330 123 0888.
A valid email address
A confirmation email will be sent to this address to complete your registration.
A mobile phone
2-Step verification prevents unauthorised access to your account.

: To access the portal, you must first register using the New User? Register option at the bottom of the Sign In page.
Enter your details on the Register your Details page and click on Register.
: 2 Step Verification ensures only you can access your account.
A verification message will be sent to your email account*. Click the link within the email to verify your email address.
*Please check your junk/spam folder.
Complete verification by entering your name and mobile number when prompted and follow the onscreen instructions.
A Passcode will be sent to your mobile. Once entered, the Complete Registration page will open.
: On the Complete Registration page, select Yes if you have your Tenancy Reference number*.
Select your Reference Type "Tenancy" from the drop down menu and enter your Tenancy Reference number and date of birth.
Click the Complete Registration button.
*If you do not know your Tenancy Reference number, select No and you can complete this stage later.
: Your registration is now complete and you can start using My Radius Housing to access key services and manage your home from your phone.
